The Fiscal Budget for the financial year 2010-11 will be presented before the parliament on 26th Feb.
In Mundane astrology Moon represents the common people, women generally, crowds, and all matters of a common or public nature. The expectations of the common man can be looked at by the placement and the sign moon occupies. Looking at the Transit chart on 26th Feb we find that Moon is in Leo (sayan chart) and is along with Mars. Mars represents the Army, Police force and soldiers, surgeons, military and naval men, war, disputes, fire and security. This means that the main focus of this budget will be on Defense & Security.
Moon makes a sextile aspect (It is considered favorable) to an exalted Saturn in Libra. Saturn has chief influence over elderly people, land-owners, real estate & Infrastructure, farmers, mines, coal, agriculture, pharmaceuticals and the produce of the earth. This means that there will be additional schemes for these sectors in this year’s fiscal budget. There will be special financial schemes for the elderly people. There will be tax sops for infrastructure industries especially the cement and pharmaceutical segment are likely to benefit.
Mercury, the planet which represents the literary world, newspapers, publishers, ambassadors, trade and commerce, and the intellectual world occupies Aquarius. Mercury is very close to Neptune. This shows that there will be much focus on research and development in pharmaceutical industry. Jupiter, the planet which represents the religious and judicial world, judges, lawyers, bankers, merchants occupies Pisces. This is one of the most favorable sign. It also indicates that there will be additional incentives for growth in agriculture. There will be schemes for growth in job employment, trade, travel & tourism. Medical fraternity can expect some favorable initiatives in this budget. Venus, the planet which represents females in general, artists, musicians, marriage, children, and birth is exalted in Pisces. Venus is closely associated with Uranus. This denotes a difficult time with regards to peace and security. There are chances for discontent among the common people and it also shows trouble to the feminine part of the community, and indicates crimes against women and children.
Overall the combinations of the planets will be favorable towards telecommunication, Power, Higher education, real state, Media, banking, Infrastructure sectors. Special considerations for oil sectors are also expected. It also indicates that the Government will pay much attention toward increasing expenditure in Security forces and military activities. Opportunities will be provided to foreign direct investment in telecommunications, insurance, energy, auto to increase employment of Youth at the global level.
Main Focus is expected to be towards Youth and middle income group. Major relief is expected to be provided by relaxation in income tax slabs.
